The apartment was clean and modern with a super comfortable bed. We loved having a supermarket and restaurant right beneath the hotel. The location was great, with easy access to public transportation and close to main tourist attractions. The hotel facilities included a laundry in the basement, which was convenient for longer stays.

We had a fabulous stay at Philsplace Full-Service Apartments. The executive apartment we booked was spacious, beautifully furnished, and had a magnificent panoramic view of the city. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we slept well every night. The electric blinds were a great touch as they kept the room perfectly dark in the mornings. The apartment was also conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk to public transport options. We loved having an all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant on the ground floor and a supermarket downstairs, making it easy to cook in the well-equipped kitchen. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the self-check-in machine was easy to use. a fantastic experience!

The only drawback was the lack of a microwave in the apartment, but it wasn't a big issue. Additionally, the TV only had German channels, which could be improved by adding international channels.

The apartment was new, clean, and beautifully designed. The location was perfect with easy access to the Opera House. Check-in was a breeze, with a simple automated process. I would choose to stay here again if I visit Vienna.

The apartment was spacious and provided lots of room for our family to be comfortable. the reception staff was extremely kind, helpful, and thoughtful. They were prompt in checking us in and providing us with necessary amenities like a microwave and iron. They even went above and beyond, helping us move rooms late at night after their shift had ended.

Getting basic amenities like a clothes iron was difficult as there were a limited number available. the breakfast offering that we had booked was canceled without any prior notice.

Great location for exploring central Vienna and day trips to nearby cities. Supermarket located below the building. Cozy, luxurious feel with beautiful view. Fully equipped apartment with dual viewing options for TV.
